Springfield Tornadoes

We had an interesting experience on the way back to Minnesota. We stopped by Springfield, Ill. where the tornadoes hit the other night. I took pics for only about an hour or so because we had to get back. I also was a bit more cautious than usual since I'm 8 months pregnant and there were downed power lines everywhere. Nonetheless, we got some decent pictures that show some of the damage.

I didn't take any pics when we got home since it was 1 a.m. and I had only a few hours before work, but we were greeted with 10.5 inches of snow. You gotta love Minnesota...lol. Good thing we have the Escape or we wouldn't have been able to pull the car up into our driveway.

I realized I haven't been able to take many pictures with all the sickness of the pregnancy. Of course, as soon as Ethan is born that will change - of course they will likely all be photos of him, but whatever:).
