The North Shore

PS: In the gallery you will see that there are some variations in color. I experimented a lot with the exposure times and a new red filter I bought. Let me know which ones you like the best.



This is on the shore of Lake Superior. It was gorgeous, crystal clear and freezing:) We actually had a bear cross in front of our car on the drive to our bed and breakfast.






This is another photo of the shore. I was hoping the colors would be changing more, but they were pretty how they were. Apparently several of the fir trees change color at the end of October. They turn bright yellow before they shed their needles.








This is one of the waterfalls we visited. They are practically everywhere there and we hiked to see them. They are very beautiful.
